Learn to control your stress with positive steps.

Stress Free ? Only in the afterlife.
Stress as we all know is the plague of modern life and more so now that we are all affected by the economic global crisis.
Millions and millions of dollars are spend on drugs to fight or control mental stress which can kill or or make our lives miserable.
There is no way to avoid stress since because is our body reaction to our surroundings and relationships.
However we could reduce its negative impact by controlling some of them with a positive disposition for life.
There are many beautiful things around us that we can enjoy,but first we have to learn to open our eyes and ears to enjoy them.
Let us learn to live in a a very simple way.We can walk a couple of miles everyday instead of driving.
Practice sports or meditate.
Make new friends and be kind to our neighbors.
Cultivate love and hope.
Give something to your community.
Smile to yourself everyday.
Sing a song.
Look at the sunset or the sunrise. Listen to the waves.
Smell the flowers.
Organize your work so you can have plenty of free time.
Learn something new everyday. Read a good book.Eat healthy and sleep early.
well. Love your couple.
Enjoy music.
Pray too.
Play with your pets.
Spend more time with your children and communicate more with your family.
Let the world turn and don't try to control it.
Laugh for laughing can do a miracle to your body and mind.
And please don't try to achieve all these goals at the same time: It will cause you stress. One step at the time and enjoy every second.
